Let yourself be enchanted by the local speciality bakery and be tempted on an expedition into the realm of your senses. 363 days a year (closed on December 25 and January 1) you may enjoy the best bakery and confectionery art. One of our house specialities is the original historical Baumerfladen, a gingerbread that has been traditionally baked according to a secret recipe for over 115 years, and last but not least, our own Grand Cru chocolate line.

Lean back and enjoy the sun, the cosy atmosphere and delights on the Voland garden terrace in Bauma, Steg and Rüti. At the café in Steg, you can watch gingerbread being decorated and gifts being wrapped and how chocolate, pralines or Easter bunnies are made.

Guided tour through the bakery

We are happy to offer groups a guided tour of our bakery. Or would you like to be active yourself? We offer you the opportunity to plait Swiss Sunday bread or to decorate your own Baumerfladen.

Any size of group is welcome.
